If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll notify you and offer options for a refund, exchange, or backorder. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) Instant EFT (via PayFast, Ozow, etc.) Store Credit / Vouchers Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing onlinestore@rubberite.co.za. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may still qualify for a return (see our Return Policy). Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at onlinestore@rubberite.co.za with photos and a short description of the issue. Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly for remote or outlying areas. Delivery Timeframes Standard Delivery (Major Cities): 2–5 business days Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Shipping Fees Standard Delivery Fee: R190 for orders under 10kg. If you’d like to place a bulk order or your parcel exceeds 10kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Courier Partners We partner with The Courier Guy, a trusted South African courier service, to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item: Is unused and in its original packaging Has all original tags and labels attached Is not listed as a non-returnable or clearance item How to Request a Return Email us at onlinestore@rubberite.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged goods), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return courier fee. Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible products, depending on availability. If the requested item is not in stock, a store credit or refund will be issued instead. Please note that the courier cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
